UGH!!!!! Pregnant - need a good workout.
I worked hard to shed about 20 pounds. I worked out religiously for months. Unfortunately, the last year has been immensely stressful (legal stuff). In that, I gained about 10 back, have not been to the gym as frequent and got pregnant!!!!!! This is usually the time that I am in full training mode for doing the 3 Day Breast Cancer Walk in November. I have had NO motivation to get to the gym. So here is where I am at.
I have 96 days to get myself ready. I know that being 6.5 months pregnant - I may not walk all 60 miles in this year's event sooooo......I am trying to just get myself back in shape, keep my weight gain due to pregnancy low, and feel better. I am barely into my 2nd trimester. I still get tired but not as exhausted! I have access to a great gym. Just don't know where to start!!

Pregnant & Healthy
I was the healthiest during my pregnancy that I have been in years. I did a LOT of walking and yoga. There are some great at home yoga videos out there. I used the ones by Sara Holliday that were designed for each trimester. Also, don't beat yourself up for being so tired right now. Things improve in the second trimester, that is when I was really able to pick up my exercise. Good luck & Congrats!
