UK Buddy needed
Hi everyone I'm new to the site and havent used an online diet community for support before. I used to suffer from an eating disorder and have been in recovery for about a year, however in my attempt to stay well I have gained far toio much weight OVER my original target weight a year ago. Since October I have gained 40 lbs over my target weight. I am determined to lose the weight sensibly and steadily and it is important that I not get back into my old habits by becoming bulimic again. Its a very tricky situation and I know that a lot of people may read this and think I dont belong on a dieting site, but I need support to make sure I lose a bit of the weight sensibly and not go overboard with it. I have definate goals and I am confident that they can be realisticly achieved.
As for me, Im a very supportive person and could be a great online diet buddy. I am online most nights so am always available to talk to. I hope to hear from some of you soon
