RE: Workout Plans
Once you select a workout plan, you will be prompted to enter your start date. Click on the dates on the calendar on the Workout Tracker to view your scheduled workouts. Follow these steps to properly track your workouts:

1) Click Add an Exercise under the cardio/strength sections
2) Click the "+" sign to add individual exercises
3) Enter the appropriate values under the "actual" fields for time/distance/weight/reps
4) Once you've added all of your exercises and "actual" values, click "save and update."
5) To finish tracking your workout, click "Submit Results"

Please keep in mind that all previously assigned workouts must have their results entered before the system allows you to track results for current/future workouts. You can also you the "skip workout" feature if you did not complete the assigned workout.

Where to plug in 'target' and 'actual time'?
It's easy enough to find the exercises and choose them, but I am unable to figure out where to put in the target and actual time and distance. It doesn't allow me to scroll over the words and click through and I didn't see where else to do it.

Thank you.

Also
What happened to the ability to customize your workout plans? I'm trying to get a group of friends together to work out together, and we all have different access to equipment etc. I remember once upon a time I could customize my workout to "at home without equipment" or with free weights or with machines... you get the picture. Has this been phased out?
