Up and down
Quit smoking 4 mos ago and I have been up and down with the weight. I hope this time it will stay off. I also decided to just drink wine and stay away from the vodka for awhile. Hope it works. One glass of wine is less calories then one glass of vodka on the rocks.
Did very good on the calorie count today.

Up and down
My friends told me stories about how I would put on a ton of weight after quitting so I was kinda freaked out. I adjusted the portion sizes of my meals and hopped on the treadmill about three times a week and I ended up losing 10 pounds after about a month. I think that as long as you stick to the plan you make for yourself you can keep the weight off.

It´s best to stop drinking and stop smoking at the same time... drinking minimizes calorie burn in you´re body ;)
