Using the workout tracker
I am wanting to use resistance bands instead of free weights for my strength training. When i go to personalize that part of my workout it doesn't have a place for a resistance bands. Not to mention the weights they have my using are way to big for me! How can I personalize my workout tracker to what I'm actually doing?

resistance bands
we have some resistance band exercises that will be added to the site in the next 1-2 weeks

regarding high weight prescription, if you're using the "select" track the system will adjust the prescription based on your input. if you're using someone else's workout, you have to manually change the value and then recreate your own version to your level.
