Very picky and plain eater
I don't like very many cooked veggies, don't like fat on meat, not big on spicy food. I need help with a 1400 calorie weekly meal planner. Does anyone have any suggestions ? Only veggies I like are green beans, corn, potatos, raw carrots, not cooked tomatos, raw celery, lettuce and peas

HAI
You do not have to worry. There are a plethora of meal plans available for such picky eaters. But it is so hard for me to stick on vegetables only.

But having vegetables is very good for health and I appreciate you for taking such a decision.
