Very sick of being unhappyly fat in my age
A few years ago i was being put threw hell by my ex and i had started eatting and eeling very sorry for myself.... well just say all that now is me ending up at 185 lbs and i'm only 5'5. basicly i want to lose the fat its mostly in my tummy and i now start noticeing that my neck line has yeah grew bigger too. whats a good work out plan and cheap diet plan. plus if anyone wants to be my work out buddy that would be nice. 31 male here from the washington area. thank you
