What genre do you like the most??
Gotta have some good fast beats, thats for sure. I love listening to tunes I would dance to normally. Today I was listening to Gorillaz, DARE, just for a kick, and Incubus, Dig and Megalomaniac...hmm what are you into the most? I like a lot of heavy metal, punk, oldies, just about anything. I really like Jon Lajoie (youtube it hahah) because he has an itunes album that ROCKS he's a comedic artist from Montreal. My fav tune of his, "Sunday Afternoon" always gets me going. Heh.

Try Queen and Justin Timberlake
If you like the 80's rock, try Queen. Nothing does it like Freddie Mercury and Queen! Under Pressure (rav version), living on my own, I want to be free.
Also try Justin Timberlake, Rock Your Body, Sexy Back.
Enjoy!

Try Quarashi
I like Quarashi, they are an Icelandic hip-hop rap funk band with great beats. I also love Puddle of Mudd, Powerman 5000, Saliva, Korn and Slipnot. I'm a huge Nine Inch Nails fan, but I know Industrial can seem a little techno to some.
I think you can download a ton of Quarashi songs for free on their site. Happy training!

Some songs that might "pump you up"
To get charged up to "storm the castle", it's hard to beat Manowar or Sabaton. You have to keep a certain sense of humour to listen to them, but if you can get past some of the "cheese factor", these can be good bands to listen to while lifting.
Manowar: (www.manowar.com)
Hail and Kill
Call to Arms
Warriors of the World
Sabaton: (www.myspace.com/sabaton)
Primo Victoria
Metal Machine
Ghost Division
Union (Slopes of St. Benedict)
Some of my other favorites to lift with:
Motorhead - Deaf Forever
All That Remains - Two Weeks
Dark Tranquility - Monochromatic Stains
In Flames - Crawling Through Knives, Cloud Connected, Zombie Inc
Mercenary - 11 Dreams, Embrace the Nothing
Primal Fear - Face the Emptiness, Chainbreaker
