Walking
I find that the walking exercise is good for me. It gives me energy. I do casual walking, speed walking and incline walking. I do it all outside except for the casual walking I do in the stores. I love to window shop and time flies by. Also, I have been lifting dumbells and even though they are a light weight they are still working. My arms are firming up. Yeahhhhhhhhhhh,

I also recently rediscovered walking...
The internet is such a convenient place to shop that for quite a few years I haven't frequented the stores like I used to. As usual, the conveniences add on the pounds. I've decided to force myself to get out and shop at least once a week. With the weight, I can't walk as much as I used to, but it's a start!

Let's walk
I am motivating myself to walk five days a week. I do not have access to a gym so this a great way to loose weight.

I love walking
Walking is one of my favorite activities. I would love to get out 5 times per week but its so hard to get motivated after a long day at work. I really need to find some walking buddies!

Stay on track
