Water Aeorbics Workout
Does anyone have ideas for the type of exercises I can do for water aerobics at home? I'm trying to build up cardio and tone while trying to lose some weight as well. I guess I'd be a beginner because right now my exercise consists of walking (one hour) 4-miles a day. I'd like to add something new to my exercise and can try swimming laps (not very good) but want other water exercises as well.

Just start moving
Use one of those noodles for support under your arms and behind your back, then bring your knees to your chest, like a V crunch, alter this with doing it on your side. Also just jogging in place, pushing and pulling the water, or with the noodle. Turn on your stomach, with the noodle out front for balance, and flutter kick. Hope this helps.
