Water Intake*
Drink more water you say? Of course the standard recommendation is 8 glasses per day. It has become an issue within the nutrition community, and the Institute of Medicine recommends that your thirst should dictate how much you drink. unless your an athlete or highly active person. As we all know water improves the metabolic furnace and is crucial for Lipolysis- fat burning process . - I am cutting back my intake a wee bit just not necessary to be camel like, i will increase according to my needs- As you yours*

8 can be too much
I set my goal as 6 cups. Too much means I'm getting up 3 or 4 times at night to pee, which means I don't get quality sleep, which leads to a weight gain the next morning.

Drink the majority of your water upon rising. And don't drink any but a few sips after 7. I know what you mean about the nightime potty trips! LOL

Yes, I have been thinking I need to "plan" my water instead of drinking it when I want it. One day I had over 11 cups between drinking & soup - OUCH lol Today I know I haven't had enough while we were out all day & now it's too late. BUT when I get into the hot bath, I will WANT some cold water to drink. ha ha ha
