We can do this....We all feel the same pain
My mom is a size 0 and I have just set a goal to loose 85 lbs im very short and just learded that i should be about 80 lbs lighter than i am...Im very fortunate to have a girlfriend whos willing to take the challenge and make the lifestyle changes with me ...I definatley here for anyone who needs anything.... A lot of the pain im hearing...is all too familiar..most people dont understand....I have made a commitment to myself and my life to do this and im extremley motivated...Good lkuck to everyone here..I wish u all the best...WE CAN DO THIS!!!!
