Weighing and measuring in
How often should you actually be weighing in and and charting measurements. I have heard different answers from daily, to weekly to monthly. Is there a right answer?

Personality...
Assess your personality and do what works for you and motivates you. I weigh daily because only weighing weekly or monthly is actually more stressful for me. Others are stressed out by daily weigh-ins so they should space them out more.
For my personality I find weighing-in first thing every morning keeps me on track and sets me up for success.

What's your goal?
I agree that you need to do what's right for you, keeping in mind that there is research that supports weighing at least weekly so that things don't get too far off track before you realize it.
For me, I'm like jjswbs2, I weigh everyday first thing in the morning, and that helps me plan for the day, and keeps me accountable.

Thanks!
I appreciate your replies - I have been weighing in daily - every morning - just because I know that makes me set my goals for the day if I am under or over but I had a friend that told me you shouldn't weigh in every day so that made me question it. But I will now continue to weigh in daily. Thanks so much for replies!

Daily Weigh-ins work best for me
I find if I weigh in less frequently I can't get out of control too easily. If I go up a pound or so I like to nip it in the bud right away.

Weigh-ins
Weigh-in daily because different foods will have different effects on our body. Some foods can cause bloating (msg) stomach acid we are all different. Even if on your diet tracker your below your calories you may of ate something your body has a reaction. The daily weigh-in is a good start. I say do a evaluation every 6 weeks and change your routine at the same time. Have a good day.
