Weight Training or Aerobic Exercise
What works best for you. What do you find works best and enjoy doing more. Weight training or any other sporting activity.

I'm going to join the gym today being that now my Dox have (lifted) all restriction on my activites. Can't "weight" too get into it fully and be back to a full 100%! Weightlifting and cardio is the way to go for me being that I've 2 new lungs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Weight Training or Cardio Exercise
I don't know why I have been replacing the word cardio with aerobic. But I weight train, treadmill, and bike more because of the home gym. I like to dabble in golf, squash, ski, and hockey.

like them both
I love walking, its a fast pace. Where I live I have hills, hills, hills, rarely flat. I love the feeling of feeling free and seeing all of nature has, including the rattlesnakes I also pray when I walk alone . I aslo do free weights. I live over and hour to a gym. I haven't lost weight but I have muscle definition. I love to see my biceps bugle.

change it up
I find it best to change it up. Don't keep doing the same thing to long or you will stop seeing as good os results.

Weights!
I'm "okay" with cardio because it's necessary so no point in hating it but I LOVE weights! They have for sure, been the catalyst in me losing 90+ lbs. We started by using machines then graduated to a mix of those with cables/DBs and BBs. Now I almost exclusively use DB and cables and the change has just been amazing. My clothing size keeps dropping and not proportionate to the number on the scale and people keep telling me to stop losing weight when that is not happening at all. Women MUST strength train. I am building muscle because that's what I like and am pursuing that but the right program will ignite your weight/fat loss and give you great definition, not mass.
