Weight keeps going UP
I am 43 and for the last 2 months regardless of what I eat or what excercise I get, my weight keeps going up. 20 pounds in one year and I'm very unhappy and crabby about it. I started FitClick this wee and have gotten back in the gym but have put on a pound since yesterday!!! Any advice? I'll do anything to lose 10 by the end of the year.

TRY THIS
THE 1ST THING I WOULD DO IF I WERE YOU WOULD BE TO STOP WEIGHING MORE THAN ONCE A WEEK. I KNOW HOW HARD IT IS BC I DEAL WITH THE SAME THING EVERY WEEK. IVE HIDDEN MY SCALE FROM MYSELF..ALSO U SHOULD DRINK LOTS OF WATER EACH DAY. IT HELPS TO FLUSH THE EXTRA WATER OUT OF YOUR SYSTEM...I DRINK ABOUT 4 LITTERS A DAY..I JUST GOT ME A 33.7 OZ BOTTLE AND I DRINK ONE EVERY 2 HOURS UNTIL I GET OFF WORK..IT ALSO HELPS FILL U UP SO YOUR NOT AS HUNGRY...HOPE THIS HELPS!

Weight keeps going up
This kept happening to me. The weight started when I began training vigorously to loose weight! My metabolism was shot! After much research I cut back on my workouts and followed Wendy Chant's program called Conquer the Fat Loss Code 9book). Lost 25 # and look amazing. I'm still following the program somewhat, but have changed the way and mostly when and how much I eat. I wasn't eatong enough!

Can I lose 30 lbs by Christmas?
I'm about 70 lbs overweight. I've been eating a lot of lean proteins and vegetables and the good carbs, the problem is lack of exercise and not enough water. Also, I need some form of mini goal before the 30 lbs...I'm thinking 10 lbs??? Also what have you guys been eating, I'm in a tight budget but realize I can't blame my bad eating habits on that...any ideas anyone? My favorite form of exercise is walking...Help!

Have you ckecked the sodium in your diet??
Sometimes we don't realize how much sodium affects our health, it makes you retain water ,and it could also affect your blood pressure. The best way to flush sodium out of your system is drinking lots of water. Try that!!!

Informative
I am also going through the same situation. I am trying to trim off my excess fat and become fit luxuryknit. For that, I tried many medicines and diets but seldom I fail to follow the diet correctly. There is no much change in my condition. Please do share some tips.

Well just because you go on a diet doesn't give such a result. You might want to sign up for a program or dietician to understand your metabolism and the best course of food which will get a result you are expecting. ivf treatment in kochi
