Weight loss is stalled
I'm 5 ft tall and currently 133 lbs. I haven't lost any weight for a week. I work out everyday in the morning. 15 minutes on a stair stepper, stretching and either yoga for weight loss or toning with a core ball for abs, etc. Plus I work in retail so I'm on my feet all day walking around and such. I normally eat between 1300-1400 calories a day. Between 35-40 grams of fat. I always go over on my target protein but don't always reach my target of carbs. If anyone's got any advice I'd really appreciate it!

change workout routine
I had hit a plateau as well in loosing weight. I was running daily for at least 30 minutes and dieting, keeping calories at around 1600. I had lost about 20 pounds in 3 months. I am 5ft 7in tall and had weight over 200 lbs. After loosing that initial 20 pounds I had found that be changing my exercise routine I was able to get past my plateau and have since lost about 10 more pounds. I now added circuit training to my workout. I have also increased my workouts from 30 minutes to about an hour.

I have tried many workout plans and diet plans but still, 4g Mobile Repeater I don’t know why it is not effective to me. Can someone suggest me the best dietitian and nutritionist for making my body fit and to reduce the body fat?
