Weight loss stopped since working out for 2 weeks.
I have lost 20 lbs before working out- now I have not lost weight for 2 weeks. I do a very low cardio for 20 min (wihich is really hard) on the elicpise machine. 15 min on the bike, and then some weight machine for my legs and stomach.
I think I might of taken my food intake to low, but if I eat more I will gain right?

Any suggestions would help.

hi
Not necessarly, the number of times tou eat a day could be a facator. 5 or 6 small meals (300 cal or so) everyday and dont do the smae exercises. Your body will plateau. Now you need to find a new routine to work through it. Try the bike, stairmaster, swimming, running, etc you het the point. And with weights you have many opps to vary it up. Try a day with really light wieght but a super high number of reps, then do your normal, then go heavier with low reps. Not trying to bulk at all just do something different.

gaining muscle
You may have reached a "plateau", but I doubt after two weeks you could reach one that fast :P

My theory as to why you have stopped losing pounds is perhaps you are gaining muscle at relatively the same speed as you are sedding fat?

Does that perhaps make sense?

Hope that helps,
Paul.

Sounds like a plateau
As mentined above you might have just hit a plateu, especially if you are eating the same things and doing the same exercises for a while. Try changing up your routine. Throw in some resistance/weight training.

Try some interval training on the machine you use now... meaning every 3 minutes (or so) increase the resistance or speed for 30 seconds. Then go back to you normal pace.

Also check to make sure you are still hitting your target heart rate for fat burning during your cardiovascular exercises.

Good luck and most important stick with it!

try something different
Start doing full body workouts with free weights. I'd be willing to bet money you'll start seeing results again soon.
