Welcome
I don’t care if you’re a religious person or a card-carrying atheist, or someone who falls on the huge spectrum in between—the science is clear: Making time in your life to consider the unknowable is good for your health. It would be wonderful if people would share here some of the ways they’ve considered this enormously important aspect of modern life.

Non-Christians
So what's your feeling on people who aren't Jesus Christ followers? Religion is a personal thing... and whatever makes you feel satisfied with life should be enough. I get uneasy when the topic of religion ends up being discussed as "I have all the answers and you don't".

Finding our Way
I'm a Christian and do believe that Jesus is my personal way to salvation, yet I do belive that God provides each of us an individual way to "salvation". The key I believe , is to believe in something bigger than ourselves and have that "something" be the basis of our moral compass.
