Were to start i need your help Please
I'm sure you get questions like this all the time. But here it goes again lol. So i am new to learning how to eating right and fitness. I seen a few pictures of myself and i was not happy with what i saw. So its time to make a change. Why it took so long i have no clue. But this is were i stand. I just turned 36 im 5'9" at 317lbs. Ya thats what is said. Wow. I am single and i work behind a desk all day. I work 7am to 530-600pm. Long hrs. I was looking at the Fitclick website and i am a bit lost on were to start or look for help. I have a few questions to get me going. So i hope someone can help a newbie.. So here we go. For the Diet & Nutrition part. Is there a way to click what foods you like and it makes a meal planner for you? Some of the meals i did see there are some items i am not a big fan of. If i picked a meal planner can i click on a item that i don't care for and it comes up with a substitute for it? Also under the foods list. If i were to click on the items i did like can and or will it make a custom meal planner for the plan that your trying to lose weight with? When you pick a plan like the one i am looking at 4 month shred diet to get started. Or is this one not for a beginner? Maybe baby steps first. Does anyone have a recommendation on which plan to try or start with? PLEASE Will i be able to print out the planner? I'm Sorry for all the questions but this is a big step to get me started. Thank you in advance. I am sure i will have more questions. But that is all for now.

Thanks
D.J.

Track or Create Your Own
You can just track calories or create your own diet. I'm a member of the Curves Weight Management group here and you're welcome to join us. I've created diet plans similar to the ones Curves has (search 1144 in diets). You can choose your own foods, just stay within the guidelines that you want (able to edit them). There are three phases to the diet to boost metabolism and promote weight loss. 1200 - 1300 for phase 1, 1500 -1600 for phase 2 and around 2000 calories a day for phase 3. You can print out the diet plans and substitute foods if you choose a pre planned one.
