What age did you get serious?
It's never too late! At what age did you get serious about working out?

Right now
Its actually been 2 and a half weeks. I've been walking pretty much every day (unless overly sore....though even a lil pain i'll still walk) bout 4 miles daily and lifting weights every few days. Always wanted to back in highschool but I just couldn't get in the habit...i'm 23 now, dunno what clicked but I just really wanted to start doing it. and I'm happy to be honest

age
I was always active when I was young. In my mid 40's I noticed changes so over a year ago I got serious back to fitness.

Exercise
It was 15 years ago... Weighing only 105 lbs I thought I didn't need to exercise. My husband was always on my case so decided to start an aerobic video library with various exercises-- step, cardio, kickboxing, yoga, strength training, etc. Set up a bedroom in my house and went to town... Now at age 63 it's harder and harder to get these knees in gear but I try---just not so high impact and intense. Ageing is not for the weak!

After hip resurfacing at 51 I mostly bike and light resistance but not too
