What are the rex "x's"
n the daily diet tracker where it shows how many cals you are using, along with the how many carbs, proteins etc you have used, what does the rex or the green check mean

It means....
you have hit your nutritional target range for that particular one.
A red check means you are under or over...but green means you are good and right on track.
