Points system
Everytime you track your meals, exercise, update your status, comment on others sites, etc you receive points.... it's a motivation thing for me bc I pic someone my age and try to BEAT them with points.... My determination now has me on page 1 with the guys that have numerous points----- try it and see what motivation it gives you
