Just now getting there
I'm just starting to journal workouts. I've experimented on which ones will I do on a regular basis and which are the most effective. I have a few favs that I will use for the first leg of my muscle redevelopment. Just bought a second hand incline bench for abs, legs and chest. A friend is giving me a pull up bar. I've got my work cut out for me! And all this just so I have muscle just to function, it's true use it or lose it!
