I use my diet plan but... 15 lbs... Help advise, please!
It is well said ' Being solid and fit isn't a prevailing fashion or a pattern, it's a way of life '. One who is candidly steady, physically adjusted and rationally alert is said be a solid and fit individual. I try to follow these wise words, but I can’t do anything. In the morning I do exercises for 30 minutes every day (except for Sunday — I sleep), and in the evening I run 3 km three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday). This is my weekly fitness. I eat 6 times a day. My breakfast is hearty - oatmeal with milk and a spoon of linseed oil. The second meal at 11 am - vegetable salads spoonful of linseed oil. Lunch consists of soup spoonful of crackers, turkey pasta (2 ounces). The fourth meal at 4 o'clock in the afternoon - I drink 1 glass of orange juice 1 Sports Bar. Dinner - vegetable-fruit salads or Greek Plain Nonfat Yogurt - 3 oz. - 2 hours before bedtime. At night, I wake up from hunger and then Nonfat Yogurt helps me out - 2oz. - always heated to 100°F (according to PapersOwl). It was very hard for me to get used to such a meager food ration, but the classmates in high school helped me, they gave me an offensive nickname. It is hard for me to withstand such a model of life in my University and often I dream to eat cakes and sweets. But I can not afford it, because my weight does not decrease but grows. I do not know what else to do, can increase physical activity, and can reduce the number of calories? Help advise, please!
P.S. My aunt saw the #OWNSHOW program where Laura Schmidt, RD, LD, (Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics and Nutrition) recommended Lifeway Organic Kefir Plain Milk to viewers. A cup of kefir contains only about 100 calories, 10.5 grams of protein. In addition, this product contains almost no lactose.
