What do the percentages mean?
Do the little red percentages iin the diet tracker mean percent eaten or yet to eat? It seems harder than I thought to get enough protein!

Percentage of Calories from Carbs/Prot/Fat
The little red percentages show how overall calories break down between the macro-nutrients (Carbs/Protein/Fat). Each gram of Carbohydrate is 4 calories. Each gram of Protein is 4 calories and each gram of Fat is 9 calories. So if the little red percentage next to Carbohydrates says 50% then half of your overall calories came from carbohydrates.
