One tbsp. on toasted whole grain cinnamon swirl bread, let it melt a minute before you eat it, it's my pre-work out food!

Unless you are using the peanut butter jars as hand weights.

Have some on a multigrain waffle before I run.
I guess peanut butter would fit in this category using it that way.

Oh, let me count the ways...
I'd have to say it is one of my favorite go to foods when in a hurry...and I can eat it straight out of the jar at times, but I've tried not to of late.

I like a spoonful in my old-fashioned oatmeal to change up the flavors a bit. It's good in smoothies, on your favorite bread or grain product (rice cakes, multigrain crackers, tortillas, flatbreads, etc.) I tend to like it with bananas. If I'm in a hurry I'll just smear some on the peeled banana and go. PB and banana sandwiches are a good way to cut back on the sugar (jelly) and still have that sweetness that you crave. I've also started using Biscoff spread for my kids, since they have a nut allergy in their class. It's pretty darn close to peanut butter and obviously nut free with a nice dose of cinnamon which adds an interesting element to it.
