Definitely squats
Plus lunges with weights and leg press though my doc says to stop using he leg press

Great body toner
Yoga is my main toning exercise. Alot of people think is not for toning. I have a problem with fat on my side of my hips below my waist and had tried everything. This past spring I began yoga and in two weeks I notced a remarkable huge difference. Plus I can get a cardio workout too.
