What is a rep?
Okay... I'm really new to this and am looking at the workout for women and realize it may a dumb question... but what exactly is a rep and how do I complete 15? Is 15 crunches it? or how many in a rep? Is there a standard? Thanks!

Rep
A "rep" is 1 repetition - or 1 full movement. 1 crunch = 1 rep.
Similarly, a "set" is a series of "reps" of a designated number. 1 set = 15 reps (or however many are required).
These are often noted like 3x5 = 3 sets of 5 reps (15 total movements split into 3 distinct groups of 5 (usually with a bit of a break in between the sets))

Thanks! It has always been one of those things everyone else seemed to know, and now I do!
