Smoothie time
I get a good shot of protein every morning. Two scoops of muscle milk 32g of protein and 1 cup of greek yogourt 20g of protein. My smoothie is 600 calories. I have one of these 15 minuts after I train.

Greek Yogurt
I am definitely a Greek yogurt snob. I do not like Yoplait at all; the best nonfat plain of all that I have tried is Fage. Add either honey or artificial sweetener to it, then some berries of your choice and a little Kashi cereal for crunch. It's an awesome breakfast.

Plain Greek yogurt tastes just like sour cream, so you probably don't want to eat it without doctoring it a little bit. Or you can use it like sour cream to top your Chipotle burrito "bol". Yummy.
