English Muffin
A high fiber English Muffin toasted with a little butter and jam, peanut butter, or nutella spread is also a yummy start to the day!

Favorite...Or what i eat most often?
I love pancakes, bacon, biscuits and gravy, french toast, sausage and all the other fattening foods. So I limit them to an occasional weekend.

Durring the week, its a protein bar and low fat string cheese.
Weekends, generic special k with betties (skim milk)
Whole Wheat pancakes with SF syrup
Fried egg sandwich on whole wheat toast (panini style on the foreman)
