What should I do?
I am fairly new to fitclick and I'm having some trouble logging my workouts. The workouts that I do mostly come from exercise tv with several different trainers. Should I just start doing something else that I can match up with this site or is there a way to get the workouts that I am already doing into my workout tracker?

Here's what I did... (let me know if it helps)
To do it yourself, you can go to www.CaloriesPerHour.com and click on “activity calculator”.

In the search box type “calisthenics” (for example) and then click Search.

From the list that appears below there, click on the type of exercise that you want.

Enter your weight and the duration in their boxes, then click on “calculate”. Scroll down to see the activity you chose listed with the calories burned.

To add another activity, either click Search again or type in a different activity and then click Search. (There are also alphabetized lists of activities you can access here.) On a seperate line, this program also totals up the calories burned for all the activities you calculate in a session.

Then, with that information, you can create your workout as a cardio exercise in FitClick. You don’t have to get too specific. Just approximate the levels of activity and their durations.
