What time do you workout?
I was curious as to what time everyone works out. I personally go before work. I get in the gym at 5:30am and workout until 7:00. What does everyone else do?

I can't do early,

I try for mid-day (my free period)

or late afternoon.

It helps get me to dinner.

Work out time
I do my weights in the morning and my cardio at night. I had read somewhere a long time ago that if your goal is strength and muscle mass you should do resistant training in the morning, if you goal is cardio/endurance you should do your cardio in the morning. Can't remember where I found this info but I do remember doing a lot of research into the subject.

NIght for Weights
I run in the morning but do weight training at night. I find I sleep really well after an evening workout with weights but get too wired to sleep when I run too late.
