What to do when you feel like crap?
What are you supposed to do when you've lost weight, but you still feel like a huge fatty? :P I've gone from 155 to 135 but I feel HUGE for some reason. Maybe it's just a little hurdle and it'll pass but I'm curious, what do you do when this happens? I'm really at a loss. I've lost but I can't tell any difference myself. I still feel like I'm REALLY big. I'm not sure what I can do, obviously the health improvement is good but I want to actually feel good and feel like a look good. Any advice or experience?

What To Do When You Feel Like Crap
Hey here's a couple of suggestions go into your closet and try on a couple of pairs of your old pants that use to fit like a glove & a couple of shirts too just for good measure. When you see that those are about to fall off of you go buy you a pair of pants and a shirt to if the budget allows that really do fit you. Also another good idea is to ask a friend or two if they can tell anything different about you as far as appearance goes. I’ll bet they will say you look better than you did a couple of months ago.

I think your self esteem has to catch up with your great success
I am new to this site and came across your post title. My weight loss has been similar to yours (very slow, from about 155 to 145 over 2 years, and in the past year lost about 15 more lbs). Honestly I think some of that was stress from some marital problems (now resolved). As I get older I feel less like eating with stress, not sure why but glad. But even though I like the new weight, sometimes I just feel "fat" mentally, and fear gaining weight or losing control if I eat foods that I know trigger me. I was a pretty fat teen, and I was really sad and insecure. My guess is that your self esteem hasn't caught up with your success. You should be VERY proud of yourself. I think we get so used to beating ourselves up sometimes its hard to stop. Congratulations on your success!!!!

I agree
I agree with Diana and Sarah. Trying on clothes is a real eye opener. I now have the mentality that I always need to improve and that I am not doing enough. I went from a 56 waist to a 32 after a lot of hard work. Every time I put on a pair of jean I look at the waist and think there is no way I am going to fit in these things. However, when I do I think wow; I need to keep this up.

Thanks
Reading all this was amazingly helpful, I really appreciate you guys replying. I took some of your advice and tried on all of my jeans (It's summer now so obviously, shorts) and none of them fit me anymore! In the GOOD way! :) So I guess I really just have trouble with seeing myself correctly. I've decided I'm investing in a full length mirror, it'll make me feel better, haha. All three of you, Diana, Sarah, and Carl thank you very much and I wish you all luck too! :D
