What's your favorite exercise?
I enjoy kickboxing and zumba.... kickboxing shows that it burns more calories in the same amount of time at the same heart rate... Sure wish I could do more but this knee is giving me fits... Surgery may be in the future! Yipes

Favorite exercise
Well, jogging is my favorite exercise. I used to run 4 miles per day and running on soft surfaces will help to reduce the jarring damage to my knees from the repetitive pounding motion. Its an excellent exercise helps cardiovascular system and the legs, increases body temperature and breathing.

Curves Smart and Zumba
Curves Smart offers cardio with resistance and Zumba is just the best for blasting fat and inches.

I agree with 1144!
Curves Smart and Zumba are my staples!!! I also have a 2-minute daily plank/pushup routine that rocks my deltoids! :)

exercise is my favorite :-)
My favorite single exercise is to do push ups! LOVE them! They tone so much of the whole body and make fabulous shoulders/arms. I always tell my clients that if they don't have time to do anything else do some push ups/planks in their livingroom while watching that TV show.
My most favorite cardio exercise would be running and when I need a babysitter I do SPIN classes which help my run tremendously.
