When is the best time to exercise?
Currently my sister, mother and I are doing a workout program where we walk for 4 miles around a lake, and a run/walk for 2 miles. We also do a Denise Austin workout video and sometimes shake weight video. We have been working out for over a month and a half but want to do more. Is is best to workout in the morning or before bed? And is it ok to exercise twice a day?

Denise Austin says ...
Any time is better than not, but mornings are supposed to be ideal according to Denise Austin. She said if you exercise before you eat in the morning, you would be burning stored fat straight away. It also raises your metabolism for the remainder of the day, so afterwards you burn more calories all day long. Still, if you are not a morning person, then the earlier the better, but late is better than never!
