Where is my journal
Where is my journal. Cant find it. Made my own routine today and did rather well. Surprised myself. Decided I would try their walking routine for a little while. Will add more if I need to. Just playing things by ear.
Did anyone notice not many directions around here on how to do things?

How to add exercise?
Can somebody help me add exercise to my program. I exercise everyday for 45 -60 min, and I would like to see how many calories I am buring and how it is effecting my weight loss program.

Journal is the same as Blog -- you can set posts to private if you just want a personal workout journal. But public blogs can be motivating

how to add exercise
go to workout tracker and use the "add an exercise" drawer (which will change shortly so that it's similar to what we have on the diet side -- including search)

What is a rep
Can anyone tell me what a rep is? I thought it was sets of 12 or is it the number of exercises you do ex: like 36 sit-ups. I would have said 3 reps. Please help.

A repetition
Hi Idevany. A "rep" is short for a "repetition" of an exercise (like sit-ups). So, a set of 12 sit-ups means one set of 12 repetitions of sit-ups. Workouts are broken into exercises for a number of sets of a certain amount of repetitions. For example, sit-ups for 3 sets of 12 repetitions per set.

Not understanding
So say on the workout tracker. I did 36 cable crunches with a weight of 8 lbs... yeah,, I am a whimp... bad back, I put 8 lbs 3 reps. Is that correct or should I have put 8 lbs 36 reps. Sorry I am slow. I am use to the sheets that have how many and how many reps. Like 8 lbs, 12x, 3 reps....

If you did 36 cable crunches then you did 36 reps.
