Select Track Option
Hi revkev33: When you first began, it appears you were using our Select Track. This track (4th option on the Setup Your Workout page) allows users to determine how many and which days per week they would like to perform strength and cardio workouts. Looks like you've been using the Strength Builder workout now for several days. But, you may "switch" workouts at any time. Please send us any questions to
