Weights I like four day training split for pairing opposite muscle groups and cardio five times a week. Two of those cardio days I like to play sports golf,squash,ski, hockey pending on the time of year. I have been taking a intrest in olympic or sprint triathlon. 1.5k swim 40k bike 10k run. So I have step up my training a little.

2b now and going to add more strengh days. Workout at Curves 5 days a week, run 3 days, swim 2. Fit in Zumba and dumbbells too.

Mines 1a, I guess. I am enjoying some fat loss in the process but that really is secondary to getting in to a more active lifestyle. This is mostly because I bought a dirt bike that is heavier than my old one, and I am too out of shape to use it to it's potential. Just getting it on and off the truck to get it out to the trails is difficult.
