Wine spritzer--my new adult beverage
I have started mixing orange juice with my white wine as a spritzer... am I fooling myself by thinking this will be less calories?

Sugar
Orange juice has a lot of sugar so I a glass of wine by itself is best. You could add some mineral water for that "spritz" effect.
