Wish ya'll could control honest posting on this site!
Guess that is IMPOSSIBLE---huh! It has got to be within the person who posts.

The only people we are hurting is ourselves by not being honest. We all have bad days...or weeks...or months. Just start over.

I agree with mmagoo, they are only hurting themselves. That why a few days ago I posted on one my the calories burned challegne about my activty I would log in-from sitting at the computer working, mopping, ironning and so forth. I didn't want to be doing it wrong or double dipping.

Agree with Billd
It's ultimately the person's decision. I find some of the challenges to be funny, with the amt of steps/cals burned/pushups/squats. But really, who cares. It's one's own success or failure that they need to live with!

True.
People may be pumping up their numbers on challenges b/c it wins them points but moreso, they just want to win. We live in a world that puts the emphasis on the win not HOW you play the game.

Ask yourself why you are here!
for the points? or to better yourself.
I like moving up the rankings but if that is the primary reason for using the site, then its a waste of time. In my opinion.
The challenges work as a good motivator....a reason to push yourself.

My Confession!
One thing im dishonest about here is the secret food. I rarely actually eat that, but add it for the bonus points! then i delete it from my menu.
for instance....I have no idea what Fuki is but i took the 100 pts for it today. (FYI...Fresh Fuki is this week's secret food)

That's ok B
We hardly ever actually EAT the actual secret food, esp one's that are so esoteric that we can't even get access to them if we wanted to.
Fuki....haha.
