Mix It Up
I work out at Curves 5 days a week, but run and swim every other day. Do dumbbells at home and Zumba once a week. Really challenging myself with the running right now to get faster and have more endurance.

I am constantly changing it up. I try different classes and different routines. I definitely have my goto favorites, but I am always looking for different things to try. I make sure to balance strength and cardio.

changing exercise
since I live in a very rural area I do not have access to a gym. There is a swimming pool 25 mins away but with snowpacked roads I don't do it and summers I a soo busy with my gardening. I guess when I have to go up north to Chama I could swim, hey thats an idea.
Now that winter is coming I try to do more Gilad and Yoga. But I Love to walk even when its snowing. I pray my Rosary while I walk I have tried free weights but I can't keep committed to them.

Commit to weights
I've been having a tough time committing to weights also. I wonder if in the back of my mind I think its a little to much, I may be wanting to do them just for faster toning of loose skin after weight loss.

Bj, why do you think you haven't committed to weight trng just yet?
