Hey Hey

I have always been active, despite having a hand amputation.

I am looking for a arm/shoulder workout, that does not involve any types of weights as I could only hold one in one hand, which I think over time would be a huge imbalance.

I could and have before tied a band around the wrist of my prosthetic. I need some type of shoulder/arm work out like this and this is something I need to tone up/build strength on.

*I can't do any push up/burpees either, simply don't have the strength to do it. (can't build it either, just the way my amputation is)
