Working out with a pelvis injury?

January 6th I was in a car accident. An SUV T-Boned the passenger side of a small green Sudan.

I was in the passenger side.

I have a crack in my rami and a crack in my sacrum. Both are healing very quickly.

I'm going to the doctors March 1st, to see if I can go to work and if I can exercise. If they say I can do minimal exercise, I was wondering if anyone knew how to regain strength in legs and lower bodies.

Thank you!
