Needing a workout buddy
Hey Anel, My name is catsnew and I could use a workout buddy, congratulations on your weight loss and do you attribute that loss to your workouts or combinations of things?
I lost over the last three years 71 lbs, and I could not have done it without my go to exercise,walking at home. It's a life/weight loss saver, I found that if I walk like they say 10k steps a day it covers a multitude of bad impulse choices and keeps weight in check until I can get my back to smart choices. Maintenance is harder that losing!
What sorts of exercise do you use to stay active? I have a future goal of learning to swim this spring/summer.
Stay in touch and let me know how it goes or if you have any info you think that would be great to pass on to someone! Or if you need to vent or whatever.
