work out tracker
you have to click on the spot where you want to put your time and enter that and then do the same for your distance but it has to be in minutes and then when you finish click on save and update...hope this works for you.

some workouts have a set time and distance,
I usually look under another name when that happens.

Tracking exercise
Once you figure it out you will love it....go to your progress tab and it will subtract your calories burned from calories eaten!!!

Example fopr OUtdoor Running
Here is an example of what the page looks like when I enter a 1.1 mile outdoor run that took me 20 minutes. (I don't bother entering the target, just the actual distance and time) Don't forget to save and then click the blue "submit" button when you are finished entering all your exercise for the day:
Cardio Exercises Target Actual
Description Dist (miles) Time (min) Dist (miles) Time (min)
1.1 20
Outdoor Running
173 Calories Burned
Swap
Delete
I hope the columns line up when I enter this :)

Columns didn't line up
The 1.1 was entered under Actual Dist (miles) and the 20 was entered under Actual Time (mins). Good luck!
