Workout Music :)
I love listening to music when working out and certain songs just get you so motivated and keep you going.
So I was just wondering what are songs on your workout playlists?

Songs
I download my 15 year old daughter's songs. I like most of it. Also, when I listen to a song that I feel in not appropriate, I have her delete from her i-pod. I have discovered some artists that I never would have and I am keeping in touch with what Elizabeth is listening. to.

Do you guys listen to the music on headphones while working out or do you have a speaker setup?

I am fortunate enough to be able to have a personal gym in my home, so I took some time and made a speaker setup. Once you get some proper tweeters for home audio and hook them up, you can really pump some tracks while you're working out. Makes for a fun time, so if you have the money and the space, go for it.
