Workout Tracker Confusion
New to the site, and the workout tracker has me a little confused.

Saturday I began 'The Ultimate Beginner Plan,' and tracked the exercises I had completed, and figured out how to add a couple of my regular sets as well.

Day 2 (D2) I completed the cardio that the UBP recommended, and here's where things go to Hell...

Yesterday, I am pretty sure that the UBP has me doing Bi's, Tri's, and abs for D3, but when I logged in this morning, it shows me replicating D1's chest, back, and abs. It seems a little too early to be redoing these.

I tried looking up the entire UBP exercise routine, but the site only shows exercises for D1-2; it won't show them for D3.

?Help?

did you restart the workout at some point. that's that it look like when looking at your workout. whenever you restart, it starts with day 1 of the cycle.

i would just do the cardio portion of the current workout and then you'll be back on schedule
