RE: lmdav
If you check your workout tracker, you will see that your results under the previous workout plan are still saved. However, the system does not permit you to run more than one workout plan at once. By switching your workout plan (which is set to start on the 19th), you essentially erased your planned workouts for this week.

MEEEEEEEE TOOOO
I have the same issue... I use the cardio machine and burned 460 calories in 46 min. but it doesn't even get close when I put that in... SO, I calculate the difference and input. It's because I do the incline higher and I also set the resistance higher. Don't know any other way to fix this. I had the same trouble with another website I used to use.

Can't logout
I use FitClick for both my husband and I and haven't been able to log out of my account for days. I've recently received an iPad and use the FitClick ap on it also. I can login and logout using it, but can't plan meals on it, so I need to use my laptop to do that which is where I can't logout of my account. Any ideas as to why I can't logout?

RE: hedychase
When logging into your account and checking your My Progress page, we are able to view your calories burned for Jan 3, 5, and 6. Are there other dates with missing calories burned values?

workout not saving
I am having a similiar issue. I have tried to track my workout from yesterday several times, but everytime I click "Save & Update" it just erases what I put it. I did it fine the two days before, but it's not working now?
