Workout plan???
I can only workout 3 days a week 2 hours on each day. I'm trying to slim down and tone up. Slimming down is the more important of the 2...can anyone lend a suggestion on a workout plan???

What is your weight range right now? Would you said your weight is in the healthy range for your height? Or above the healthy/normal range? Is your body fat % in the healthy range or do you know? What you have to do to slim down will be different depending on how close to your ideal body weight you already are. i.e. it's a LOT harder to get slimmer when you're already at a healthy weight.
Without that info - I recommend the Fitclick Advancing Toning for Women plan - it's three days a week and will take 1-2 hours. It is pretty strenous though - if you are very overweight or really new to working out you might want to start with the Beginners Toning plan instead. I slimmed down a lot doing that plan (lost 25% body fat in 2.5 mos) and I was already in a healthy weight range. I also recommend the workout plans from Lou Schuler's book, The New Rules of Lifting for Women - I have been doing his plans myself for several months now and have been posting them as workouts as I go along. You can search by my username or "Lou Schuler" to find the plans - start with stage one. It's also 3 days a week about 1.5-2 hrs each session. If you are overweight you will definitely lose on that plan - my girlfriend who is doing it with me has lost about 30 pounds in 3 mos. I have actually gained 2 lbs (give or take depending on the day!) but have decreased body fat and am a LOT stronger and look slimmer. It will definitely tone you up whether you are overweight or not. But if your weight is already close to your ideal you'll have to add 1-2 cardio sessions a week to get more weight loss out of it. I added a 4th workout day each week recently for just cardio 30-60 mins and that is helping speed up my fat loss.

I have not been very lucky with my "buddies" I have added sticking with things. It is very difficult to motivate somebody if they do not follow through and log in so you may encourage them! Best 5 Day Workout Schedule:
Day 1: Chest + (Light) Triceps.
Day 2: Back + (Light) Biceps.
Day 3: Core + Forearms + Calves + Cardio.
Day 4: Shoulders + (Heavy) Triceps.

I think your trainer will help you plan your training. in addition, you need to get rid of bad habits and start eating right if you want to achieve a positive result and not waste your efforts. and I advise you to start taking steroid-usa . don't worry, it's safe and effective.
