Workout plan That does not involve weights or yoga balls!!?
Help! I'm new to fitclick and I'm trying to find a workout plan that is cardio AND strength but does not involve extra tools (weights, balls, benches etc) that you have to buy. I know the old push ups, sit ups stretching etc... but I'm looking for a PLAN. Any help would be appreciated! THANKS!

Insanity
The insanity workouts don't use weights but do offer strength training by using your own body as the weight....as in Push ups, Plank for core, and so many other things going on you don't even realize you've just done strength and cardio at the same time. You can get the full set right now and make payments to help with cost which is what I did.
I love doing the insanity workouts but keep in mind you need a fairly big area to do the moves called for.

Any workout that uses your own body weight will work.

Marine Corps workout
I used to have a book with the US Marine Corps workout. It was your basic strength elements like situps, pullups, pushups, etc., but used your body weight for all the exercises. If you got to a point that you needed to add more weight, you strapped a backpack with weights (whatever you have around like canned goods) in it to add to it. Cardio was jumping jacks, maybe jumping rope and running I believe. I know it got me in the best shape ever after high school.
Another exercise plan I used to do was Callanetics by Callan Pinckney. It is available as a book or DVDs. May be an online version somewhere. Not really strength training per say, but more like toning and sculpting without a lot of stress on the body.

no weights or yoga ball program
Hi, have you checked out Turbo Fire before? It is my absolute favorite workout that is cardio and strength but does not require any "add-ons" You don't need weights, balls etc. If you have any questions about it feel free to ask. Here's a link if you want to take a look and see if it may be something you would like http://teambeachbody.com/shop/-/shopping/TurboFire?referringRepId=185355
